It began as an intricate motif discovered on inherited 18th-century French plates brought over from Normandy — a precious link to my family’s heritage. Captivated by this joyful symbol of adventure and hope, I reimagined the delicate antique detail with fresh colours, a lighter touch, and my own hand-drawn style. From a tiny historic pattern, it has blossomed into bespoke wallpapers, textiles, and whole room schemes that honour the past while delighting the modern home.
